Service Description
This is a shortened version of the full-hour session, but not necessarily less intense! This is a individually catered 30 min personal training session. If you're ready - contact me to book your session today!! (This is an in-person sessions) - When you contact me, we will figure out location prior to meeting - possibly a park nearby, in your home or yard, or some mutual open area near you home residence. I understand that NOT everyone is at the same fitness level, and that everyone is unique based on our own personal abilities. With that, I make sure to cater my training sessions to help you build on your already existing foundation. That's one of the biggest benefits of my 1-on-1 catered sessions. Every session is a stair-step approach. I focus on areas that could use some improvement and continue to work at improving your existing strengths as well. Whether you are new to working out and fitness altogether and need accountability, an exercise enthusiast who is in need of some creativity, instruction guidance, or you have been, or are a seasoned gym-goer who is lacking discipline and motivation because of this pandemic and the uncertainty of gyms re-opening. I can help!! As a former marine sergeant - I can be tough, but also very empathetic. Additionally, I have over 10+ years of knowledge and experience in the fitness and wellness arena to help make your workout routine motivating, challenging, fun and creative!
